Baileigh Manual Tube Benders

Baileigh has 2 high quality options here - the RDB-050 and RDB-100. Both benders utilize a heavy duty frame with bronze bushings on key pivot points to increase service life reduce play and utilize a ratchet mechanism and anti-springback control with the main different between the 2 benders being the die system they use.

The RDB-050 uses the RDB-080 series dies which are similar to other entry level dies on the market that are held in place by a pin. 

The RDB-100 on the other hand uses Baileighs drop-in dies which facilitate quick die changes and give you access to thousands of die options. 

Both of these tube benders are well suited to the serious diy-er and smaller workshops that need a high quality and reliable bender with high quality dies.

Baileigh Hydraulic Tube Benders

Baileighs range of Hydraulic Pipe and Tube Benders covers the starts with the RDB-125 which is similar in design to the manual RDB-100 with the addition of hydraulic power to take the work out of bending and speed up the process, whilst still having access to the drop-in dies and works it way up to the RDB-500 - Baileighs highest capacity tube bender with the ability to bend up to 3in Schedule 40 pipe. 

These hydraulic benders and well suited to the higher volume fabrication workshops who are creating roll-cages, chassis, boilers and hand-rails day-in and day out.

Baileigh Computer Controlled (CNC) Benders

For those fabrication workshops looking for high accuracy, repeatable bends time  after time, Baileighs range of Computer Programmable Pipe and Tube Benders are the solution. Starting with the RDB-250 and working up to the RDB-480, these benders have the ability to store up to 170 programs with 10 bends per program, providing highly accurate and repeatable bends, time and again, making them well suited to high-volume workshops that fabricate the same items over and over.
