LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Baileigh RDB-250 Computer Programmable Tube Bender

The Baileigh RDB-250 is a computer-programmable rotary draw bender built for shops running repeat work. You program the bend sequence once on the touchscreen, and the machine reproduces it bend-for-bend across the whole run — no re-setting dies or chasing angles by hand on every part.

It stores up to 170 jobs of 10 bends each and bends 180° in about 9 seconds, with six selectable speeds so you can match the pace to the material. That combination of repeatability and speed is what earns its place in a production cell — handrail, roll-cage, chassis and ornamental work where the same part comes off the machine dozens of times and has to match every time.

Bends a Full Range of Material

Running Baileigh's drop-on tooling, the RDB-250 bends round tube, pipe, square and solid profiles. Verified capacities from the manual: 2.5" mild-steel tube (.125" wall), 2" Schedule 40 pipe, 2" chromoly (.125"), 2.375" stainless tube, 2.5" aluminum tube, 2" square tube and 1.25" solid rod — across a 9" maximum centerline radius (0.5" minimum, depending on material OD).

Optional IDX Indexing Table

Add the IDX-250 rotary positioning table and the machine sets both the distance between bends and the plane-of-bend automatically, so complex multi-plane parts repeat without hand-measuring between bends.
