Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If items are received damaged or faulty, we will gladly exchange them within 30 business days of receipt.
Please note any visible / physical damage at time of delivery. If item is visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery and notify the delivery driver. If item has been accepted, please take photos of any damage and get in touch via our contact details below to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned items must be in as delivered condition including packaging and all accessories that are part of the original SKU and you must be able to provide proof of purchase.
Once approved, we will generate a return shipping label for the goods to be returned and also replacement item(s) at our expense.
If we are unable to arrange a suitable replacement, we will arrange for a full refund.
Returns
We will happily accept returns on all products within 30 business days of purchase with the exception of made-to-order or customized products. Items must be in original packaging, in new condition and unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customer can choose to apply credit towards a replacement item or full refund.
RMA Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label unless you arrange your own shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
