Baileigh RDB-325 — Programmable Rotary Draw Bender

LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Baileigh RDB-325 Programmable Pipe & Tube Bender — 2" Schedule 80 Capacity, 170-Program Memory

The RDB-325 is a fully programmable rotary draw bender built for shops producing the same bend, or the same multi-bend part, over and over. You program each bend — angle, springback allowance, and material rotation — on the touchscreen, and the machine reproduces it off the foot pedal. It stores up to 170 programs of 10 bends each, so a job you ran last month comes back exactly as you set it.

Capacity covers 2" schedule 80 pipe and 3" round tube — mild steel and stainless to .095" wall, chromoly to .083", aluminum to .203" — with a maximum 16.5" centerline radius. Rotary draw means a matched bend die and counter die pull the material around a fixed radius — the clean, repeatable method for roll cages, headers, handrail, and chassis work where every bend has to match the print. Baileigh offers a deep range of dies across diameters and CLRs, so the machine grows with the work.

The 1,100 lb welded steel frame is what makes the repeatability hold — mass and rigidity keep the geometry from walking across a production run. It runs on 220V single-phase power, so it drops into most fabrication shops without a three-phase service. A 180° bend takes about 9 seconds; the control will take it to 205° with the right tooling.
