Hand-operated manual tube benders are the starting point for handrail, roll cage, and occasional work; hydraulic tube benders do the same bends with a ram instead of your arm once you're bending regularly; and for thin-wall exhaust work where diameter can't be lost, mandrel and computer-controlled CNC machines handle supported and programmable production bending.
