Ships via LTL / Truck Freight

Due to the size and weight of this product, this item ships on a Pallet via LTL / Truck Freight.

We provide real-time pricing for LTL freight including the various options listed below - rates can be seen on the checkout page.

LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

ProLine 36" Cast Iron Planishing Hammer - Finish Large Panels to Perfection

This Planishing Hammer isnt just big, letting you planish panels up to 72" wide, it also has the build and control to let you do it to perfection. 

Cast Iron CP Style Frame

Based on the CP Planishing Hammers of old, the large cast iron frame doesnt just provide the size required for the 36" throat depth, it also acts as a large damper, providing rgidity whilst also dampening the percussion through the frame, letting you dial in your planishing to get mirror finishes whilst also reducing fatigue. 

Foot Pedal Control

The Foot Pedal Control serves 2 purposes - controlling the air flow to activate the hammer and also giving you control over the die pressure, letting you feather the planishing action to get the exact result you need, whether it is smoothing out a weld or dialing in the final shape in a panel, letting you create masterpieces. 

Integrated Regulator, Oiler and Tool Rack

The ProLine 36" Cast Iron Planishing Hammer includes a dedicated air-pressure regulator giving you control over the max air-pressure within arm's reach. Also included is a integrated oiler prolonging the life of the air-motor and a handy tool storage tray keeping all your dies within arm's reach.
