MH-37HD - Baileigh's largest Power Hammer
Weighing in at almost 6000 lbs, sporting a 37in throat depth to handle large panels and a 5HP motor running on 220v 3-phase power, the MH-37HD is Baileigh's largest Power Hammer, giving you the ability to shrink steel up to .125 in thick and soft aluminum up to 0.250 in thick.
With inverter driven variable speed controllable via either the foot-pedal or operator panel with speeds from 0-1500 beats per minute and on-the-fly stroke adjustments from 0.1in to 0.750" you get precision control over your metal shaping. You also get the ability to switch between rigid Pulmax® style and spring-slapping Yoder® style giving you control over shaping and flanging with rigid mode and aggressive shrinking and stretching with the dead-blow like non-rigid mode.
