LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.
The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.
Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.
Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.
All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

A planishing hammer that can shrink?
The Mechammer Mark II Planishing Hammer is different to any other planishing hammer on the market due to its unique hybrid drive system. Whilst power and speed / impact rate are controlled by a variable speed electric motor, that rotary motion is converted into linear motion by an air motor that controls the reciprocating piston.
Adjustable impact force
The unique design incorporates different weight pistons allowing the user to control the impact force and provide a cushioned impact to your panel, letting you choose the force you need for the type of work you are doing and the thickness of the panel you are working including a light weight piston for fine planishing work and work on aluminum.
The way the tools interact with the work-piece without any clamping means you have full control over the impact process allowing you to perform all the usual tasks of a planishing hammer but also use the machine for tasks like shrinking when using the optional thumbnail dies. This makes the Mechammer an invaluable tool for any workshop and can often replace both a regular planishing hammer and a power hammer.
There is no need to make adjustments for each job - simply insert your chosen tool dies into the quick change tool holders, rotate the lower tool arm into position and step on the pedal.
Extensive Tooling
A wide range of tooling is available including tool dies for standard tasks like planishing, shaping, tipping, flagging, linear and radial stretch. Unlike regular planishing hammers, there are also thumbnail dies for shrinking, beading dies and more.
