- Original Cast Iron Frame is stripped bare, sand blasted and powder-coated for longevity.
- All new upper and lower wheels made in the USA, includes set of 6 lower anvils.
- Reconditioned screw jack and upper and lower yokes.
- Wheel is delivered to you full assembled and ready to use.
