LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Eastwood 50" Heavy Duty Slip Roller — Roll Full 48" Sheet Metal Panels

The Eastwood Heavy Duty 50" Slip Roller takes a full 48-inch sheet and rolls it into curves, cones, and cylinders. Driveshaft and transmission tunnels, rounded truck-bed panels, curved patch panels, and custom ornamental work all come off the same machine — and it forms rod as well as sheet.

The 3.5:1 gear reduction is what makes the full width usable. Rolling a 48-inch panel by hand takes real effort at the crank; the gear-down trades a few extra turns for control, so the bend stays even across the whole sheet instead of wandering. It handles up to 14-gauge mild steel and 14-gauge aluminum, down to a 2.5" minimum roll diameter, with four dedicated grooves for rolling 1/16", 3/32", 1/4", and 5/16" rod.

The roller ships with its floor stand — both legs, tie rods, drive crank, and mounting hardware — so it’s a freestanding machine, not a benchtop unit needing its own surface. It’s a freight item: crated it runs about 590 lbs and ships LTL, and Eastwood backs it with a 1-year warranty.
