With a frame made from two plates of 5/8in thick steel weighing in at almost 1600 lbs, the EW-37HD from Baileigh provides the control and precision to shape even the most challenging sheet metal with ease.
The heavy duty frame gives you the rigidity needed to handle up to 16 gauge mild steel, letting you not only work thicker panels, but also planish down those challenging welds with ease. Coupled with a 37in throat depth means you can tackle all but the largest of panels.
The industrial build quality doesn't end with the frame though, the EW-37HD also incorporates a 10in x 3in upper wheel and 8 3in wide high quality lower anvils along with complete adjustability on the wheels / yokes and sturdy jack-screw with an internal locking cam to allow for quick and easy panel removal and changing of lower anvils, making it the perfect choice for professional sheet metal workers and serious hobbyists alike.
