Shrinker Stretchers — Foot Pedal, Hand-Operated, and Deep Throat

A shrinker stretcher contracts metal for inside curves and expands it for outside curves — the tool that takes a flat blank toward a curved panel without hammering, heating, or relief cuts. Most patch-panel work on automotive sheet metal needs both: shrinking on one edge of a curve, stretching on the other. Almost every unit here comes with both jaw sets; the deciding factors are throat depth (how far into a panel you can reach), operation style (hand-lever or foot-pedal — foot frees both hands for the workpiece), and capacity (most STM units handle 16-gauge mild steel; lighter units are bench-clampable).
