Electric Bead Rollers
Electric Bead Rollers — Powered Beading from 18" to 42" Throat
An electric bead roller takes the hand-crank out of the job: a motor drives the shafts so both your hands stay on the panel, guiding the line instead of turning a handle. That control is the real reason fabricators move up to a powered machine — long runs, repeatable beads, and clean curves you can actually steer. "Electric," "motorized," and "powered" all describe the same thing here: a foot-pedal-driven roller with forward, reverse and variable speed.
Our powered range runs from compact 18" and 24" machines for restoration panels and artwork up to 36" and 42" throats that handle panels several feet wide — floor pans, firewalls, full-width tailgates and signage. If you're working occasionally or on a tight bench, a Manual Bead Roller does the same forming with a crank; the powered machines here are about effort and repeatability, not extra capacity. Every machine takes standard 3/4" or 7/8" shafts, so the full range of Bead Roller Dies is open to you. Mittler Bros. machines are built in the USA.
Not sure which throat depth or shaft size fits your work? Call us at (855) 605-4599 — we run these machines and can talk you through the choice.
